Online Hypnotherapy for Stress and Overthinking

You can't control every person, situation, conversation, or challenge around you. What can change is the pattern of how you respond. For some people, overthinking becomes such a familiar response that the mind continues working on a situation long after it has ended.

A conversation gets replayed. Tomorrow's responsibilities begin running through the mind today. A relatively small event can occupy far more mental space than you want to give it.

Calm Mind provides a structured period to focus on creating and reinforcing calmer internal responses. The goal isn't to eliminate normal thoughts or emotions. It's to strengthen your ability to experience everyday life without automatically becoming caught in the same repetitive patterns of stress and overthinking.

Who Is Calm Mind For?

Calm Mind may be appropriate for adults who want to work toward:

  • Quieting a busy mind
  • Reducing everyday stress
  • Reducing repetitive overthinking
  • Letting go of situations more easily
  • Spending less time replaying conversations
  • Feeling less mentally “on” all the time
  • Responding more calmly to everyday challenges
  • Developing healthier emotional regulation
  • Becoming more present
  • Creating a greater sense of internal calm

Your confidential intake gives you an opportunity to explain what you're experiencing and what you personally want to change.

Angie reviews your intake before you're invited to enroll.

What Would a Calmer Mind Mean for You?

Calm doesn't necessarily mean that everything around you becomes calm. Life still happens. People still say things. Plans change. Responsibilities remain.

The question becomes: How would you like to respond differently? Maybe you'd like to handle a difficult conversation without thinking about it for the rest of the day. Maybe you'd like to make a decision without continually second-guessing yourself.

Perhaps you'd like to finish your workday and actually feel it's finished. Or maybe you'd like more moments when your mind feels quiet, present, and comfortable. Your particular goal remains your own.

Why 66 Days?

Calm Mind is structured around 66 days of practice, repetition, and reinforcement, with the 10-week program providing 70 days of structured support.

Rather than waiting until you're already overwhelmed before thinking about becoming calm, you have an extended period to practice strengthening the response you want.

Over the course of the program, the emphasis remains on moving toward your desired pattern:

Calmer. More present. More regulated.

What to Expect from Calm Mind: Online Hypnotherapy for Stress and Overthinking

Live Online Group Sessions

You'll meet with Angie and the same participants each week through live online sessions. This is a closed group, not a drop-in class. Everyone begins together and progresses through the program together.

Personal Practice Between Sessions

Your work doesn't exist only during the weekly group meeting. The program includes personal practice and reinforcement between sessions as part of your 66-day commitment.

A Common Direction With Individual Goals

Everyone in the group shares the broader goal of developing calmer internal responses. However, the circumstances that bring each person to Calm Mind may be different. Your personal goal remains yours.

Your Decision Matters

This program should be something you personally want. Someone may have told you that you overthink. A partner may wish you worried less. Someone may have suggested that you need to relax.

But the important question is: Do YOU want something to change? Your intake will ask you what being calmer and more emotionally regulated would look like in your own life and why that change matters to you.

How Enrollment Works

1. Complete Your Confidential Intake

Your first step is completing the Calm Mind Online Group Hypnotherapy Intake.

There is no charge to submit your intake.

You'll have an opportunity to tell Angie about the situations that tend to create stress or overthinking for you and what you'd like to experience differently.

2. Angie Reviews Your Intake

Angie personally reviews your information to determine whether Calm Mind and the online group environment are appropriate for you.

Submitting an intake does not automatically guarantee enrollment.

3. Receive Approval

If Calm Mind is appropriate for you, you'll receive an email letting you know you've been approved for the upcoming group.

4. Complete Your Enrollment

Approved participants receive a private enrollment and payment link.

Once enrollment and payment are completed, your place in the closed group is reserved and you are officially enrolled.

You'll then receive your program scheduling and online participation information.

What You'll Need to Participate Online

You'll participate through Zoom from your own private space.

You'll need:

  • A private, quiet room
  • A computer or laptop with a working camera and microphone
  • Reliable internet
  • Adequate front-facing lighting
  • Your camera on throughout the session
  • No interruptions or distractions for the full session
  • Phones, televisions, and notifications silenced
  • Arrangements for children, pets, visitors, work responsibilities, and other potential interruptions

Participants will generally be muted during the hypnotherapy portion so sounds from one participant's environment do not interrupt the rest of the group.

Your 10-Week Commitment

Calm Mind is a complete 10-week closed-group program, not a series of individual drop-in sessions.

When you enroll, you commit to your scheduled weekly group and the personal practice that comes with the 66-day program.

Because everyone begins and progresses together, your enrollment reserves your place in that particular group.

Program Purchase & Refund Policy

All program purchases are final and non-refundable once payment has been made.

There are no refunds, credits, transfers, or prorated refunds for missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, participant-side technical difficulties, withdrawal from the program, or choosing not to complete the program.

You'll have an opportunity to review the program requirements and policies before completing enrollment.
