How Past-Life Regression Hypnosis Online Works
Past-Life Exploration uses hypnosis to guide you into a relaxed, inwardly focused state where imagery, impressions, emotions, sensations, symbols, memories, or stories may arise. Some people view these experiences spiritually, others see them as symbolic material from the subconscious, and some simply remain curious. You don’t need to decide what the experience means beforehand—just allow it to unfold and notice what emerges.

This is a live online group experience guided by Angie from the comfort and privacy of your own space. The 90-minute session includes time to settle in, prepare, experience the guided hypnotic journey, and comfortably return your attention to the present.
Unlike Angie’s 10-week programs, Past-Life Exploration is a single 90-minute experience with no long-term enrollment or 66-day commitment.

What to Expect During an Online Past-Life Regression Session
Although you’ll participate as part of an online group, your inner experience remains completely your own. You may notice vivid imagery, emotions, sensations, words, colors, symbols, brief impressions, or very little imagery at all.
There is no required type of experience and no “right” past-life experience you’re supposed to have.

What You'll Need to Participate
You'll participate from your own private space using Zoom.
For the best experience, you'll need:
- A private, quiet and comfortable space
- A computer or laptop with a working camera and microphone
- Reliable internet access
- Your camera on throughout the experience
- Adequate front-facing lighting
- No interruptions for the full 90 minutes
- Phones, televisions, and notifications silenced
- Arrangements for children, pets, visitors, work responsibilities, and other interruptions
- A comfortable place where you can relax safely
Plan to give yourself the full 90 minutes without needing to drive, work, cook, supervise children, or attend to other responsibilities.
Before You Participate
You'll complete a short Past-Life Exploration Participant Intake before joining the experience.
You'll have an opportunity to share:
- What interests you about Past-Life Exploration
- Whether you've experienced hypnosis previously
- Whether you've participated in past-life exploration before
- Any particular question, curiosity, recurring image, relationship, place, or time period you're interested in exploring
- Whether you'd prefer to simply remain open to whatever arises
- Any relevant information Angie should know before the experience
Your intake also helps Angie determine whether the online group experience is appropriate for you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I definitely see a past life?
No particular experience can be guaranteed. You may experience imagery, emotions, sensations, impressions, symbols, stories, a sense of knowing, or very little imagery. The intention is exploration rather than trying to force a particular result.
What if I don't know whether I believe in reincarnation?
That's completely fine. Some people understand these experiences spiritually, while others interpret them symbolically or as material arising from the subconscious mind. You don't need to decide beforehand.
Can I come with a particular question?
Yes. You may have a particular curiosity, relationship, recurring image, place, or historical period that interests you. You can also participate without a specific question and simply remain open to what arises.
What if I don't see pictures easily?
Visual imagery is only one way an experience may unfold. You may notice thoughts, feelings, sensations, impressions, words, colors, symbols, or a sense of knowing instead.
Is this the same as your 10-week programs?
No. Past-Life Exploration offers two 90-minute live online group sessions each month for $67/month, held on the 1st and 3rd Sundays. It does not have the 66-day practice requirement associated with Angie's 10-week online programs.
Do I need to live in Arizona?
No. You can participate online from your own private space. All scheduled times are listed in Phoenix Time.
